Dan Fowler, a native of Atlanta, entered commercial real estate in 2003 after 7 successful years in the telecom industry where he was Sales Director of a medium sized company and managed an office of 25 employees.  Since 2003, Mr. Fowler has prospered by focusing on residential and investment land tracts and income producing properties for end users and investors alike. Mr. Fowler attained the highest honors possible for a Remax Agent when he received the prestigious “Chairman’s Club Award” as well as “The Top Performer” for sales achievements throughout his career.
 Mr. Fowler has an extensive database of buyer and sellers to contact in order to achieve the greatest coverage possible for his clients. Additionally, Mr. Fowler employs all of the latest technological methods to reach out to prospective clients. He strongly believes in personal relationships and prefers to do business on a “face to face” basis. He has recently completed a series of courses designed to further the knowledge of commercial real estate brokers. Mr. Fowler is also a partner in Four Corners LLC, a real estate investment company. Services to sellers include Broker Price Opinions and relevant market analysis. For buyers, Dan offers surveys of available properties and fair comparables to achieve optimum value.
Mr. Fowler attended The University of Georgia and graduated with a BA in Economics. He was a member of The Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta where he served as a Pledge Educator and was named “Brother of the Year” his senior year. He worked as a Customer Service Representative at SunTrust Bank during his summers through college and gained a basic understanding of the banking industry. Mr. Fowler enjoys ALTA, golf, and college football. As a member of The Sandy Springs Rotary Club he is active in the community. He and his wife Jill were married in 2001 and have two daughters.
